Role Summary

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be a key enabler of Gurucul’s global marketing  engine—driving operational excellence across campaigns, systems, and data workflows. This  is a dual responsibility role supporting both global marketing operations initiatives and regional go-to-market (I-META) efforts. You will collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders to streamline campaign execution, ensure lead quality and routing accuracy,  and deliver actionable insights that accelerate marketing and sales performance.

This position requires a detail-oriented operator with a strong grasp of marketing automation,  data management, and analytics, combined with the ability to manage cross-functional  workflows in a fast-paced, SaaS-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Global Marketing Operations Support

  • Manage the timely execution of production requests, including email and nurture builds, customer newsletters, and other automated campaigns.
  • Administer the marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) and maintain clean, compliant, and well-segmented marketing databases.
  • Monitor and enrich inbound and outbound lead data to maintain accuracy across systems (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Support lead scoring, enrichment, and routing processes to enable faster response to  high-intent prospects.
  • Translate intent data and behavioral signals into timely actions for sales and SDR outreach.
  • Partner with the Global Marketing Operations Manager on workflow optimization,  performance dashboards, and process documentation.

I-META Regional Marketing Support

  • Serve as the key marketing operations liaison for the I-META region (India, Middle East, Turkey, and Africa).
  • Manage lead assignment, imports, validation, and follow-up tracking in coordination with the Sales Development and Regional Sales teams.
  • Own regional campaign setup and reporting to support account-based, field, and digital programs.
  • Deliver accurate and timely KPI reports aligned with regional marketing goals and corporate performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure seamless visibility and handoff of campaign-generated leads.
  • Assist with developing, scheduling, and distributing email communications.
  • Ensure compliance with regional data privacy regulations (GDPR, DPDP, etc.).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations or demand generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets, data hygiene, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with lead management workflows, scoring models, and intent monitoring tools (6sense, Demandbase, Bombora, etc.).
  • Excellent project management and communication skills to coordinate between global and local teams.
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and energized by building scalable marketing processes that impact pipeline growth.
