Partner Marketing Manager

About Gurucul

Gurucul is a cybersecurity analytics company delivering Next-Gen SIEM, UEBA, Insider Risk Management, and identity/threat detection solutions. We help enterprises reduce noise, detect threats faster, and improve security outcomes using advanced analytics and AI.

Role Summary

Gurucul is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager who can architect, execute, and optimize co-marketing initiatives that drive pipeline, elevate partner experience, and amplify Gurucul’s presence across regional channels.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, channel enablement, demand generation, and relationship orchestration. You will collaborate closely with distributors, MSSPs, VARs, GSIs, and regional sales leaders to build high-impact campaigns, joint programs, and partner-ready assets. You’ll play a central role in translating Gurucul’s Gartner-recognized leadership into partner narratives that drive mindshare, deal influence, and pipeline acceleration.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Program Development & GTM Alignment

  • Support the rollout of Gurucul’s partner program across distributors, MSSPs, and regional  resellers
  • Define quarterly GTM plans with key partners aligned to regional revenue priorities and  vertical segments
  • Build scalable frameworks for partner onboarding, enablement, and co-marketing execution

Co-Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute joint campaigns: webinars, workshops, roadshows, summits, and executive  roundtables
  • Create co-branded assets — landing pages, email sequences, social kits, and product briefs
  • Amplify analyst recognition (Gartner MQ), customer success stories, and regional use cases

Partner Demand Generation & Pipeline Acceleration

  • Lead quarterly partner-led demand-gen motions to create qualified opportunities across  different verticals
  • Track partner-attributed funnel metrics — MQLs, SQLs, meetings, influenced pipeline — with  reporting discipline
  • Optimize partner performance through structured quarterly review

Partner Enablement & Readiness

  • Equip partners with updated solution decks, technical briefs, competitive intel, and use-case  libraries
  • Coordinate with Sales Engineering and Product Marketing to ensure messaging accuracy
  • Support partner training, bootcamps, and sales readiness programs

MDF Management & Governance

  • Manage MDF allocation, approvals, and ROI tracking with clear governance
  • Evaluate partner proposals based on strategic alignment and measurable outcomes
  • Maintain transparency and documentation across partners and regions

Field & Event Collaboration

  • Partner with Field Marketing on regional and global events (RSA, Black Hat, AISS, GITEX,  Gartner summits)
  • Drive pre-event partner outreach, onsite engagement, and post-event follow-up strategy
  • Build co-branded event collateral including standees, booth creatives, and invitations

Cross-Functional Influence & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Collaborate closely with Channel Sales, Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product  Marketing, and Social teams to ensure unified execution
  • Advocate for partner needs internally, influencing campaign priorities, content requirements,  and sales alignment
  • Provide quarterly dashboards, GTM retrospectives, and partner program insights to regional  and global leadership
  • Ensure consistent messaging, brand alignment, and analyst-compliant communication across  all partner-facing initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
  • 7–12 years in partner marketing, channel GTM, or demand generation in enterprise SaaS or  cybersecurity
  • Proven success in managing distributor/MSSP relationships across India, Middle East, GCC,  Africa, and Turkey
  • Demonstrated track record in building and executing co-marketing programs that drive  measurable pipeline
  • Expertise with Salesforce, partner PRM systems, marketing automation tools, and campaign  analytics
  • Strong GTM planning, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical cybersecurity concepts (SIEM, UEBA, SOAR, ITDR) into partner ready narratives
  • Comfort operating in multi-time-zone, high-velocity, cross-functional environments
