Role Summary

Gurucul is hiring a Regional Sales Manager in Bangalore to drive sales of our Gurucul REVEAL NG SIEM platform across the South India Region. The role focuses on enterprise and government customers, GCC, Major IT Services, building strong channel partnerships, and meeting revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business and account growth for SIEM solutions
  • Manage enterprise and government customers, GCC & IT Service Majors
  • Develop and manage system integrators, MSSPs, and channel partners
  • Build and maintain sales pipeline and forecasts
  • Lead customer engagements, PoCs, and deal closures

Required Qualifications

  • 8–15 years of B2B technology sales experience
  • 5+ years in cybersecurity or SIEM-related sales
  • Proven experience selling to large enterprises, GCC, IT Services, and government accounts in South India
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
