Role Summary

Gurucul is expanding our presence in KSA and seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for KSA to join our team in an on-site capacity, based in Riyadh, KSA. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the KSA region.

Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing existing accounts, and collaborating across teams to deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions. You will play a critical role in achieving revenue targets and upholding Gurucul’s commitment to excellence in cybersecurity.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Cyber Security sales, account management, and achieving revenue targets in the technology or cybersecurity sector.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, data analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven security technologies.
  • Relationship-building skills, with experience engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute business plans for achieving regional growth goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working in or knowledge of the KSA market is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
