Demand Generation Specialist

Gurucul is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist with strength in conversion optimization, digital content development, inbound marketing, Account Based Marketing (ABM), email marketing and audience segmentation, who is eager to be a part of a growing cybersecurity organization and innovative global team.

You will be accountable for the strategy, development, and execution of demand generation programs to drive awareness and demand for the company’s products and services. Through online and offline campaigns, you will directly impact the company’s revenue goals. You are marketing savvy, a hard worker with strong social skills, an excellent aesthetic, and the ability to prioritize and multitask.

Specific responsibilities will include:
  • Drive integrated digital marketing campaigns
  • Develop, implement, and own Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs
  • Develop, manage, and refine the email strategy and lead nurturing programs to span the buyer’s journey
  • Create nurture programs to move leads through the funnel to a sales-ready state
  • Work closely with our BDR team to optimize inbound lead generation efforts
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and audience journeys while exceeding KPIs
  • Monitor, analyze and optimize all marketing campaigns and programs
  • Drive A/B testing and optimization into all aspects of our marketing
  • Provide recommendations for marketing strategy and tactics based on testing and analysis
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand how campaigns are performing and build assets that will drive interest and engagement across the customer lifecycle
  • Support the development of content required for campaign deliverables (white papers, success stories, Web pages, etc.) through internal and/or agency resources
  • Maintain a deep understanding of positioning, key value propositions and messaging
  • Partner with vendors to maximize demand generation programs
  • Stay on the cutting edge of marketing best practices by gathering and filtering new ideas from customers, colleagues, and other experts; communicate and share best practices
  • Ability to think and act strategically
  • Proven track record using data to inform future decisions and segmentation
  • Solid organizational skills, including prioritization and time management
  • Experience with a B2B, SaaS company
  • Team player with a can-do attitude that can hold yourself and others accountable
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing
  • Experience in cybersecurity or related industry is preferred
  • Proficient in marketing automation platforms and buyer intent data (Salesforce, Pardot/Marketo, Bombora)
  • Knowledge of various marketing channels and best practices
  • Understanding of attribution and demand generation techniques
  • Project management skills
  • Adaptable to an ever-changing, fast-paced environment while manage multiple projects at once with minimum supervision
